Tempered Gold is a 17-month barrel-aged sour, layered with vibrant organic fruits and brewed with the same unique yeast culture used in our first collab with Fruition Brewing, Everything Gold May Stay. Brazilian pink guava, Nicaraguan dragon fruit, and local J.R. Organics oranges deliver tropical guava, bright citrus, and watermelon notes. Its light body and subtle acidity make for a refreshingly tart experience.
