The nuances of once-used organic nectarines from Blossom Bluff Orchards retake center stage in a lively mixed-ferm barrel-aged sour (with the addition of Strata hops)! The result is a one-of-a-kind creation. Bright aromas of lemon and sweet orange unfold into flavors of ripe nectarine and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, lifted by a subtle, elegant acidity.
