DISTINGUISHED PARADIGM 🌀
Murky Double IPA with Strata, Citra, & Citra Cryo
8.7% ABV | Limited Release
Distinguished Paradigm has arrived, clocking in at a respectable 8.7% ABV. This murky double IPA pours a pale, peachy-yellow color with a prominent fluffy head, giving off notes of coconut and tropical fruit. Packed with Strata, Citra, and Citra Cryo from the Pacific Northwest, flavors of ripe pineapple and papaya are carried by a sweet mango finish.
HOP CHEMISTRY 🧪
West Coast IPA with Krush, Mosaic, & Mosaic Cryo
7.2% ABV | Limited Release
Hop Chemistry is the newest delicious concoction crafted by the knowledgeable minds on the Pure Project team. This hop-driven West Coast IPA uses Washington-grown Krush, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo hops to deliver aromas of fruit punch and pineapple. It pours a stunning pale golden color, with each sip offering notes of lemon, tangerine, and a crisp pine finish. This delightful brew is 7.2% ABV and is sure to be the catalyst for a unique drinking experience.

HEIRLOOM POMME 🍎
Single-Varietal Black Twig Dry Cider
6.1% ABV | Limited Release
Heirloom Pomme is our new single-varietal cider, made from Black Twig apples harvested in Watsonville, California. It pours a glowing gold color, with aromas of apple skins, bright citrus, and subtle honey. Each sip offers notes of crisp apple, lemon zest, and herbal tea, with woody nuances. Light-bodied and pleasantly tannic, this tart heirloom apple variety creates a juicy sip that finishes clean and dry. At 6.1% ABV, it’s a refreshing showcase of California apples.

Wine Barrel-Aged Sour Ale with Blueberries & Blackberries
6.0% ABV | Limited Release
Set your sights on something special with Auric Sight. This wine barrel-aged sour ale is conditioned on nearly 1,000 pounds of organic, US-grown blueberries and blackberries, giving it a reddish-magenta hue. This spritzy sipper opens with aromas of berry skins, cherry cobbler, and eucalyptus. Each sip offers layers of tart blueberry preserves, gamay, and delicate spring moss. Light-bodied and pleasantly tart, this 6.0% ABV stunner is one to keep your eye out for.
