Rolling out into taprooms now, our newest dry cider is a crisp, single-varietal showcase of California`s Black Twig apples.
HEIRLOOM POMME 🍎
Single-Varietal Black Twig Dry Cider
6.1% ABV | Limited Release
Heirloom Pomme is our new single-varietal cider, made from Black Twig apples harvested in Watsonville, California. It pours a glowing gold color, with aromas of apple skins, bright citrus, and subtle honey. Each sip offers notes of crisp apple, lemon zest, and herbal tea, with woody nuances. Light-bodied and pleasantly tannic, this tart heirloom apple variety creates a juicy sip that finishes clean and dry. At 6.1% ABV, it’s a refreshing showcase of California apples.

Wine Barrel-Aged Sour Ale with Blueberries & Blackberries

Set your sights on something special with Auric Sight. This wine barrel-aged sour ale is conditioned on nearly 1,000 pounds of organic, US-grown blueberries and blackberries, giving it a reddish-magenta hue. This spritzy sipper opens with aromas of berry skins, cherry cobbler, and eucalyptus. Each sip offers layers of tart blueberry preserves, gamay, and delicate spring moss. Light-bodied and pleasantly tart, this 6.0% ABV stunner is one to keep your eye out for.
