From the renewal of a fan-favorite collab with Horus Aged Ales to the debut of our first-ever foudre-aged beer, this week`s release marks an exciting chapter in our barrel program.
PHOENIX NOX 🔥
In collaboration with @horusagedales
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Coconut, Vanilla, Maple, & Geisha Coffee
14.7% ABV | Limited Release
Rising from the ashes of Phoenix Lux, our fan-favorite collaboration with Horus Aged Ales returns in a new blend with Phoenix Nox. Aged for up to 26 months in a decadent blend of Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Cutwater bourbon barrels, it was then graced with a generous addition of adjuncts. Geisha coffee from Costa Rica, Filipino coconut, Tahitian vanilla, and maple sugar from New Hampshire meld together, delivering an intense flavor journey with notes of milk chocolate, ganache, and sweet macaroon. This full-bodied blend recaptures the spirit you loved in Phoenix Lux, renewing it in a beautiful new light.
TWILIGHT PASSAGE 🍇
Foudre-Aged Saison Ale with Blueberries & Mulberries
6.5% ABV | Limited Release
We’re beyond pleased to present Twilight Passage, our very first foudre-aged beer. We aged a spritzy saison in our large, new-to-us French oak foudre for 9 months, before adding in 440lbs each of organic Washington blueberries and Turkish mulberries. The end result showcases all that fruit, pouring a vibrant pomegranate red, with a pink-ish head. This light, effervescent sour offers notes of blueberry, red currant, and pinot noir grapes. Our foudre will continue refilling in a solera style, so keep an eye out for future iterations of this one down the line.

Introducing Small Batch Pils, a crisp West Coast pilsner featuring Mosaic Cryo and the experimental HBC 1176 hop from the Yakima Chief FWD program. This beer is the first of our new taproom-exclusive series, offering a pale yellow, light-bodied beer with aromatic notes of lemon, lime zest, and pine wood. Bold notes of grapefruit, blood orange, and lemon pith lead the way, finishing with a refreshing, piney snap. This is an exclusive, one-time-only beer due to its use of experimental hops, and it’s only available in our taprooms on draft and in cans to go, so try it while you can!

Czech-Style Pilsner

Can we get a Rain Czech? This new taproom-exclusive Czech-style Pilsner is a rounded-out riff on our core Pilsner, Rain. We used Tchecomalt floor-malted pilsner malt and German-sourced Saaz hops to deliver a crushable, light-bodied sip, brimming with notes of wheat cracker, white pepper, and chamomile. Whether the clouds clear or the storm rolls in, this is the one lager you won’t want to postpone.

Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Deneen Pottery makes all mugs by hand, so mugs may look slightly different than photos, since each one is unique! The Deneen Pottery facility is powered by solar, so you can feel great about how (and where) your mugs are made.

Murky Double IPA with Nectaron, El Dorado, Nelson, & Citra Cryo
8.3% ABV | Limited Release
We teamed up once again with our pals at North Park Beer Co. (who just won a gold medal at the 2026 World Beer Cup!) to bring you a brand new murky DIPA, Encrypted Sequence. We loaded it full of Nectaron from New Zealand, hand-selected El Dorado hops from Washington, Citra Cryo from Oregon, and Nelson Abstrax, offering notes of pineapple upside-down cake, papaya, and guava. Crack the code (or crack open a can) and savor every juicy, tropical layer within.
SHIFTING DUNES 🏜️
West Coast IPA with Mosaic, Strata, & Simcoe Cryo
7.0% ABV | Limited Release
Shifting Dunes is our latest West Coast IPA, using a blend of Pacific Northwest-grown Mosaic, Strata, and Simcoe Cryo hops to offer vibrant aromas of fresh raspberry, resin, and zesty lime. In this medium-bodied beer, you can expect deep layers of blood orange and grapefruit pith, grounded by a lingering pine sap bitterness. Our brewers have been experimenting with our West Coast IPA brewing process and are absolutely stoked with how this one turned out.
MAI TAI 🗿
Barrel-Aged Hard Seltzer with Lime, Orange, Almonds, & Spices
5.5% ABV | Limited Release
A tropical delight inspired by the Mai Tai cocktail, this barrel-aged hard seltzer brings fruity, bright flavors with a smooth, spiced finish. After blending two batches of seltzer that aged in bourbon barrels between 14–16 months, it was infused with organic Persian limes, oranges from Sage Hill Farms in Escondido, almonds, and a spice blend of cinnamon, clove, allspice, and nutmeg. The result is a light, slightly tart seltzer bursting with flavors of lime, spiced rum, and orgeat, bringing the beach straight to your glass.

Brewed with Citra and Citra Cryo hops, plus Mosaic Abstrax, Grounded provides a highly flavorful craft beer experience with a pale yellow pour that offers aromas of lemongrass, ruby grapefruit, and a finishing touch of dank resin. Medium-bodied and balanced, Grounded layers vibrant flavors of navel orange and lemon peel with notes of whole wheat bread.
