2024 White Cuvée
Paso Robles, CA | 13.5% ABV
*Crafted in Collaboration with @tablascreek 🍇 — pioneers of organic and biodynamic winemaking. Inspired by the Rhône Valley’s classic white blends, this wine showcases expressive aromas of apricot and honeysuckle, leading into notes of ripe yellow peach and bright lemongrass, with lingering notes of fresh mint and white grapefruit pith.

To celebrate 10 years of Pure Project, we’re releasing our biggest imperial stout we`ve ever brewed alongside a refreshed take on a familiar favorite farmhouse sour—both limited-release, cellar-worthy beers.

Triple Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Organic Tahitian Vanilla
18.0% ABV | Extra-Rare Limited Release for our 10th anniversary
Ten years calls for something extraordinary—and this is it. Gravitas Infinitum is the highest-ABV beer we’ve ever brewed, pushed to an unapologetic 18% ABV. After 18 hours of boiling and 43 months of triple barrel-aging in Breckenridge, Eagle Rare, and Cutwater bourbon barrels, organic Tahitian vanilla is woven through the finish for added depth. Expect a thick, luscious body with waves of dark chocolate, rich caramelized malt, and warming bourbon. Bold, decadent, and built for celebration. 🥂

6.5% ABV | Limited Release
A fresh spin on our Déjà Fruit farmhouse saison series, this version highlights second-use organic nectarines from Blossom Bluff Orchards, bringing sustainability and complexity together in one glass. A mixed-fermentation, barrel-aged sour, elevated with Strata hops, delivers bright aromas of lemon and sweet orange, followed by flavors of ripe nectarine and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, all lifted by a subtle, elegant acidity.

GRAVITAS INFINITUM 💫 Brewed in celebration of our 10th anniversary!
Triple Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Organic Tahitian Vanilla
18% ABV
We pushed this anniversary stout to 18% ABV, making it the highest alcohol beer we have ever made! For extra flavor, this beer went through eighteen hours of boiling and 43 months of triple barrel-aging across Breckenridge, Eagle Rare, and Cutwater bourbon barrels—with organic Tahitian vanilla woven through the finish. The result: A luscious, thick-bodied, 18% ABV brew featuring waves of dark chocolate, bourbon warmth, and deep caramelized malt.
This ultra-rare bottle will be available only at Pure Project this Thursday, January 15th. Cheers to 10 years!
Pure Project is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator! 💥
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in driving sales and promoting the Pure Project brand. They will help coordinate day-to-day marketing operational tasks that support larger organization-wide initiatives.
📓 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the execution of product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand events.
Write engaging and descriptive copy for beer releases, events, and other promotional initiatives.
Update the website regularly with new event pages, product pages, and educational blog posts.
Create email campaigns, SMS communications, mobile app push notifications and app pages for product launches, promotions, and company announcements.
Work with the Social Media Manager to support social media efforts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) through content creation (on and off screen).
✅ Main requirements:
1+ years of experience in marketing, including direct response, digital, and social media management.
21+ years of age.
Strong working knowledge of email, SMS, and social marketing platforms.
Experience in the craft beer industry is preferred.
A passion for craft beer, brewing, and the industry. Industry experience preferred.
Must be able to commute to headquarters and ancillary taproom locations

Say hello to our newest dark lager, now pouring fresh at all Pure Project taprooms, this is the perfect winter craft beer for crisp days and cozy nights.
SCHWARZBIER 🇩🇪
Black Lager | 4.5% ABV
This classic German-style Schwarzbier (literally “black beer”) is smooth, clean, and quietly complex. Brewed with Saaz hops and a malt base of Admiral Pilsner and Weyermann Carafa Special Type 3, it delivers layered notes of toasted rye bread, cacao, and biscuit, finishing crisp and beautifully balanced.
This draft-only release is available now at all Pure Project San Diego taprooms while supplies last.
