Murky IPA with Thora & Citra Cryo
6.9% ABV | Limited Release
We collaborated with the legends at Firestone Walker to bring you Pure Fire, an absolute masterclass in tropical saturation. We loaded this beer up with Citra Cryo and Thora, a new hop variety born from a collaboration between USDA agriculture experts and over 50 U.S craft brewers. Thora lends this IPA its tropical character, balanced by a subtle, resinous backbone. Radiating intense peach, kiwi, and passionfruit, Pure Fire flows with a soft, pillowy texture, finishing with a bright burst of pineapple and a crisp, refreshing splash of yellow watermelon.

Introducing Sun Peak, a new West Coast double IPA! Hand-selected Centennial from Crosby Hops in Oregon joins Washington-grown Citra and Simcoe Cryo to create a mouthwatering brew filled with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and resin. Medium-bodied with a lingering, balanced bitterness, it’s everything we love about classic West Coast IPA hops, dialed up to double IPA intensity.

CHUBASCO 🌨️
Dark Mexican Lager
4.7% ABV | Draft-only, Limited Release
Chubasco, named after the Spanish word for rainstorm, surges with rich warmth and depth, moving across the senses with energy. Built on a base of Admiral Pilsner, Munich, Crystal 75, Carafa Special 3, and flaked corn, then infused with Saaz hops, it`s approachable, flavorful, and settles on the palate with quiet confidence. Flavors of caramel, biscuit, toasted honey wheat bread, and raisin cereal converge on the palate.

Meet Isabel, our Office Supervisor and one of the forces behind the scenes who helps keep Pure Project running smoothly! 📋 She wears a lot of hats while supporting onboarding, assisting with payroll, pulling reports, and most importantly, keeping the office filled with the best snacks! Isabel is a team player and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Outside the office, she’s always up for an adventure, whether it’s hitting the slopes or training for her next challenge. She recently pushed herself to complete a half-marathon, which says a lot about her determination!
