Let`s take a trip back to 2021, before our @purenorthpark taproom existed. ✨
We loved the idea of being a part of the North Park community, but nothing had felt right until we found a modest auto body repair shop. This body shop had many bay doors for cars to move through, and a large lot.
We`ve always been creative in the ways we approach our taproom spaces, and this lot had us daydreaming of an urban forest. 🦥 The bays could open up to the bartop, and the parking lot could become a communal courtyard for making memories and enjoying craft beer. This could be Pure Project North Park!
We acquired the property and set plans in place to make our dreams a reality. 🥹 We planted multiple Tipuana trees and installed fire pits. 🌳We decorated the courtyard with swing chairs, picnic benches, and egg chairs to create a really unique and inviting space amid the neighborhood hustle and bustle. We hoped to construct a space where our neighbors felt as if they were hanging out in their friend`s backyard, with amazing beer.
We wanted to create a sense of comfort and style by embracing the rustic and industrial soul of this space, while adding our signature touches. You`ll notice some of the walls are decorated with sustainable cork from oak trees. We kept the unique tile in the bathrooms and added skylighting, essential oil diffusers, and sustainable hand dryers. Pathos plants, copper accents, and leather couches add warmth to the indoor areas. And you can`t miss the bold copper Pure Project logo hung proudly behind the bar.
In 2022, we held our grand opening, and four years later, our home in North Park is still serving up incredible craft beverages and URBN pizza. We couldn`t feel more grateful to be embraced by our North Park craft beer community.
Come celebrate four years with us this weekend at Pure Project North Park during our weekend-long anniversary party. We`re kicking things off on Friday, March 6th, with a special-edition keep the glass event featuring a Pure North Park design + a fill of any non-BA beer under 10% ABV for $18.

Murky IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, & Citra Cryo
6.8% ABV | Limited Release
Rock Hopper is a flavorful murky IPA brewed with New Zealand–grown Nelson Sauvin hops alongside Washington-grown Citra and Citra Cryo. From the first sip to the last drop, it delivers waves of tropical and citrus character. Expect aromas of nectarine, mango, and sweet orange, followed by vibrant flavors of pineapple, Meyer lemon, and kiwi.

Hard Smoothie with Mango & Blueberry
6.0% ABV | Limited Release, Taproom Exclusive
Perezoso, meaning “sloth” in Spanish, is our fruit-packed collab with Florida’s Tripping Animals Brewing Co. For this third batch, we infused approximately 1,320 pounds of organic blueberries and 1,550 pounds of organic mangoes into its seltzer base post-fermentation, creating a rich, smoothie-like texture. Bright, slightly tangy, and perfectly sweet, this vibrant hard smoothie is made for kicking back and embracing la pura vida.
