Murky Double IPA with Southern Cross, Simcoe, & Citra Cryo
8.5% ABV | Limited Release
We’ve teamed up with our Berkeley-based friends at Fieldwork Brewing for the 10th year in a row to create this velvety, medium-bodied bear of a brew. The combination of Southern Cross, Simcoe, and Citra Cryo hops creates mouthwatering notes of pineapple, apricot, and passionfruit that are followed by a ridiculously smooth finish. Murkeley is a timeless murky DIPA, curated with the palates of IPA lovers in mind.
SUNLIT MOTION ☀️
West Coast IPA with Mosaic, Nelson, & Dolcita Abstrax
7.0% ABV | Limited Release
Sunlit Motion is our new West Coast IPA that absolutely shines. Brewed with Mosaic hops from Loftus Ranch in Washington, plus our new Nelson Sauvin haul and Dolcita Abstrax, it dances with bright aromas of grapefruit zest and peach. This medium-bodied beer carries vibrant notes of dank resin, lemon, and pineapple, with a lingering bitterness that will keep you ready for your next sip.

SUMMER STANDARD ☀️
West Coast Pilsner with Peacharine & Mosaic Hyperboost
5.1% ABV | Draft only | Limited Release | Taproom exclusive
The sun is blazing, and temperatures are rising, but a new West Coast pilsner is here to keep things crisp, cool, and refreshing. Summer Standard uses Peacharine hops from New Zealand and Mosaic Hyperboost from Washington to bring all the West Coast flavor to this highly crushable pilsner. It offers a bright nose of peach, pineapple, and nectarine, with a palate of pineapple, grapefruit rind, and pine. It’s an incredibly sessionable 5.1% ABV, with a light body and crisp finish, perfect for patio weather and enjoying outdoors.

2025 WHITE CUVÉE 🥂

White Wine Blend
13.5% ABV | 2025 Vintage | Year-Round Release
Fresh and textured, the 2025 Pure Brewing White Cuvée opens with an inviting nose of white peaches, fresh coconut, watermelon rind, and thyme. On the palate, juicy pineapple is wrapped by luscious ripe pear and a clean mineral edge that lingers with a long, bright finish.
This white wine features 39% Grenache Blanc, 23% Viognier, 13% Vermentino, 12% Roussanne, 7% Marsanne, and 6% Picpoul Blanc, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard.
@tablascreek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Founded in the late 1980s as a partnership between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel (in France’s Rhône Valley) and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands, Tablas Creek has played a key role in bringing Rhône varietals to the United States. They are renowned for their organic and biodynamic farming practices, commitment to sustainability, and innovative blending techniques. Tablas Creek was the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S., and their wines consistently reflect a deep respect for the land and tradition.

What do you get when you mix a Japanese-style lager with a twist of East Asian citrus? It’s not a joke; it’s I Choose Yuzu, a fan-favorite, now available in cans! This brew started as an idea from a game at a Pure Project team outing and sounded so delicious that we had to make it a reality. Featuring flaked rice for an extra-dry base and organic yuzu for a bright touch of citrus, I Choose Yuzu bursts with flavors of lemon zest, subtle grapefruit, and rice cracker. Its light body and refreshing qualities leave an unforgettable impression, making I Choose Yuzu a brew you’ll choose time and time again.

Murky IPA with Nelson, Motueka, Southern Cross, & Mosaic Cryo
6.5% ABV | Limited Release
Super Beta is one of our original murky IPAs. For this longtime fan-favorite, we blend a trio of New Zealand-grown hops—Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Southern Cross—with a hefty addition of Washington-grown Mosaic Cryo. The result is a vibrant taste profile of juicy pineapple, mango, orange sorbet, and subtle mint that glides across the palate. Grab a can of Super Beta and enjoy the flow of flavors revealed with every sip.
