Pure Project and James Coffee Co will be joining forces to create a very special coffee and beer experience. Lead by the James Coffee team, guests will be guided through a cupping session of various coffee offerings including the newly released Log Cabin Barrel Aged Breakfast Blend. Following the cupping, a sensory tasting of Log Cabin and the limited variant Log Cabin with Coffee will be lead by Pure Project’s Advanced Cicerone. We will be pulling limited amounts of bottles of both variants from our cellars so that attending guests may purchase them afterwards.

We combined an organic Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffee blend then laid it to rest in freshly emptied barrels that held our beloved Log Cabin, a bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with organic vermont maple syrup and cocoa. After months of aging, we are proud to present, Log Cabin Barrel Aged Breakfast Blend. This complex coffee showcases deep cacao, lightly toasted oak, sticky maple, and freshly crushed blueberry flavors to excite your morning ritual.
This intimate coffee cupping will be lead by the James Coffee team and will experience a step by step cupping process. The coffees will be an Organic Guatemala, Organic Ethiopian, and Log Cabin Barrel Aged Breakfast Blend.
The beer sensory tasting will be lead by Pure Project’s Advanced Cicerone® Chris Leguizamon. We will walk you through the thought process and flavors of two of our most coveted beers, Log Cabin and Log Cabin with Coffee. Log Cabin is a bourbon barrel aged stout that we aged in for almost a year in Breckenridge Bourbon and then added organic maple syrup and organic cocoa to create a rich and decadent experience. Log Cabin with Coffee will solely be exclusive tasting for this session.
This event will start at 10 am, so please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in.
After the event, guests will have the ability to buy up to a bottle of each beer tasted during the session: Log Cabin and Log Cabin with Coffee.
