Meet Luc, one of our talented brewers here at Pure Project! 🍻 After spending a couple of years slinging beers behind the bar, Luc joined the brewery team—and he’s already become an integral part of the crew after only 9 months! From brewing to packaging and everything in between, Luc does it all. He’s also helping us get our Miramar brewery back up and running and continuing production of our barrel-aged sour beer there. We`re lucky to have him on the team!

🍴 Favorite activities: Cooking, eating, anything athletic or sports-related, and spending time with his wife and dog.
🍺 Favorite types of beer: West Coast IPAs, lagers, Irish stouts, English barleywines, and mixed culture beers.

In 2020, Tablas Creek became the world’s first Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard 🌍✨—a certification that recognizes farms and growers that prioritize soil vitality, promote biodiversity, and uphold fair labor practices. 💪🌾
Tablas Creek also holds a Demeter Biodynamic® certification, meaning they`re dedicated to more than just sustaining the land they work on... they’re committed to leaving it better than they found it. 🌿🌻
So when we set out to create a rosé that reflected our values—from environmental stewardship to incredible ingredients—this partnership just made sense! 🤝💫
Together, we crafted the 2023 Pure Project Cuvée Dry Rosé: a Provence-style blend featuring Grenache, Mourvèdre, Vermentino, and Counoise grapes. 🍇🍷✨
It’s crisp, dry, and layered with bright notes of grapefruit, salted melon, and cool river stone. A wine made with intention—from vine to glass. 🌱
Pure Project Cuvée Rosé is now available on draft by the glass and in bottles to go at all Pure Project taprooms!
