This is a blend of Blood Magic (Sour Double IPA with Blood Orange, Hibiscus & Milk Sugar) and Niederfrank’s house-made Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream.

Niederfrank’s Ice Cream in National City still make everything from scratch the same way, and in the same location they did since the 1940’s. It’s the most antiquated, inefficient, outdated and expensive process in the world; but well worth the delicious results! Their ice cream is made in old fashioned freezers instead of modern machines that blow the ice cream up with air. They make their flavor bases from real fruits and nuts, and all extracts are from 100% natural sources. Pretty sweet!
