The latest non-beer addition to our taprooms is wine! We’re thrilled to offer a delicious red, rosé and white from two esteemed California wine regions for those who appreciate fine wines. Specifically curated and selected to complement our menu, these wines bring a new level of enjoyment to your experience at Pure.
2020 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Bold yet beautifully refined, this medium-bodied red from Paso Robles opens with enticing aromas of dried cherries, black currants, and ripe strawberries. On the palate, layers of black cherries, raspberry compote, and plum unfold, complemented by elegant woody undertones.
Each glass offers a perfect balance of richness and finesse, making it a standout addition to any wine lover’s repertoire.
2023 Santa Barbara Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp, vibrant, and irresistibly refreshing, our Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from premium Santa Barbara County grapes. It offers a symphony of pear, honeysuckle, and bright citrus notes with a clean, crisp finish, making it a great choice for those who enjoy lighter wines.
This white wine captures the essence of California’s coastal terroir in every glass, delivering a bright and elegant experience with every sip.
2023 Dry Rosé
Pale peach in color, the 2023 Pure Brewing Cuvée Dry Rosé shows an energetic and layered nose of lime leaf, salted melon rind, nectarine skin, and cool river stone with a snap of fresh ginger. On the palate, pink grapefruit, rhubarb, and lemon verbena brightness are balanced by a fine thread of minerality.
Our rosé was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard—a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Learn more here.
HARD SELTZERS & HARD SMOOTHIES: FRUITY & REFRESHING
