BEER DETAILS

WILD SPARROW

Murky IPA with Mosaic, Motueka, & Wai-iti Hops
6.5% ABV

Wild Sparrow flies back into taprooms this late summer season. Cloudy pale in color with a fluffy white head, this fruit-forward murky IPA was dry hopped with heaps of Mosaic, Motueka, and Wai-iti hops. Essences of guava, lychee and jasmine waft from the glass and mingle with notes of pineapple, cantaloupe, and sweet citrus on the palate. Be sure to swoop up a 4-pack of this juicy creation before it takes off again.

WORLDS AWAY

Murky Triple IPA with Cashmere, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, & Huell Melon Hops
10.5% ABV

Our constant search for high-quality ingredients has taken us around the world, and this triple murky IPA features a global mélange of hops that we hand selected: Motueka and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, Cashmere from Idaho, and Huell Melon from Germany. Tropical aromas of ripe papaya and mango with fresh-squeezed lime abound. Shining through its smooth mouthfeel are flavors of grapefruit, coconut, resin and lemongrass that will take your senses on a journey to worlds away.

BRAVE NOISE

Pale Ale with Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic Hops
5% ABV

We are excited to release our version of Brave Noise—a beer collaboration initiated by Brienne Allan, former brewer at Notch Brewing—to advocate for a safe and discrimination-free beer industry. By participating in this collaboration, we have created a company-wide Code of Conduct (which you can check out in our taprooms, online, and via the QR code on the cans!) and committed to the long-term work to uphold it. Additionally, proceeds from this beer will be donated to Safe Bars, an organization working to help bars, restaurants and breweries create safe, respectful and welcoming cultures for patrons and staff alike.

As for the beer itself, we wanted to switch it up and bring you something other than a murky for this special collaboration. This West Coast-style pale ale is built on a base of pilsner malt, malted white wheat, and California ale yeast, then dry hopped with Mosaic from Washington and this year’s fresh crop of Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. The result is a light-bodied, straw-colored creation with big notes of dank and dry white wine. Complementary essences of blueberry, honeydew, grapefruit and lemon zest lead to a lingering bitterness that will leave you making noise for more.
