Welcome back Cup of Gold, our literary-inspired, Cannery Row collaboration with our friends at Alvarado Street Brewery. An ode to Steinbeck, Cup of Gold is a murky double IPA bountifully hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Strata. Expect a tropical bouquet of overripe pineapple, guava, and peach on the nose, followed by tangelo and mango on the palette. With that delightful flavor, soft mouthfeel, and golden body, you’ll want to refill your cup, and maybe get lost in a good book.

MURKLANDS

Murky Pale Ale with Citra & CTZ Hops
5.5% ABV

Murklands is dear to our hearts here at Pure. As our first-ever murky beer, this pale ale has paved the way for every murky we’ve brewed since. Dry hopped with Citra and CTZ, aromas of orange sherbet, apricot, and dank graciously greet the nose, while flavors of grapefruit zest, pine, and tangerine coalesce on the taste buds. Its juicy mouthfeel, medium body, and approachable bitterness make a journey to the Murklands all the more unforgettable.

PACIFIC PROST

Kolsch-Style Ale
5.1% ABV

In honor and celebration of the Oktoberfest season, we proudly present our new kölsch-style ale, Pacific Prost. The kölsch originated in Cologne, Germany, and we were inspired to brew our own version here in San Diego for our Oktoberfest festivities. In continuation of tradition, we used all German ingredients to create this beer, and fermented it cold with ale yeast. Its bright, crisp, and refreshing qualities are thanks to its extended lagering period and the use of reverse-osmosis water in the brewing process. Expect scents of white tea, sourdough, subtle pear, and floral elements followed by flavors of white bread, lemon, pepper, and slight red berry. Let’s raise a glass here on the Pacific and prost to those celebrating Oktoberfest both near and far!

The cans will be available for purchase online starting at 9am on September 22nd, and available for pickup at all five taproom locations when doors open at 12pm.

If you would like to place an order online for pickup, please place your order for the taproom location where you plan to pickup from (Carlsbad, Vista, Miramar, Balboa Park, or North Park).

• At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day, or two days out. You must pick up on your selected day and time.
• If you would like to designate someone else to pickup your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.

A limited amount of cans will be released online for California shipping. They will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis starting at 9am on Thursday, September 22nd. Orders placed before noon will ship overnight for Friday delivery.
