Join us as we partner with Grainmakers for a fun, hands-on artisan breadmaking workshop using spent brewing grain at our Vista taproom on Thursday, March 21st from 6-8pm!
You will create the dough during the class and then take your bread home to bake.

Each ticket holder will make one recipe. You may choose from:
- Rosemary and Sea Salt Artisan Bread
- Dark Chocolate & Cherry Artisan Bread
- Sun Dried Tomato & Italian Herb Artisan Bread

- A bread-and-butter sampling
- Lecture and hands-on instruction to make artisan spent grain baked bread
- Recipe and instruction guide
- One finished oven-ready item to bake when you get home
- Extra spent grain for your freezer and recipes to make more bread

Itinerary:
5:45pm: Check-in, sign-up for timeslots, bread & butter sampling.
6:00-6:40pm: Class (All ticket holders participate.)
6:45-7:15pm: Mixing Group One
7:20-7:50pm: Mixing Group Two
