Hops + Harvest Beer Dinner

Join Pure Project and MIHO Catering Co. for a unique and memorable experience through a thoughtful food and beer pairing dinner that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home! Each beer dinner consists of a four pack of Pure Project’s Education Manager Chris Leguizamon’s favorite beers and four-course dinner pairing for two. Guests have the option to either pick-up their dinner from the brewery, or for a nominal fee, have the meal delivered to their residence. All guests will be provided a pre-recorded video (accessible online only) featuring the Chef Ryan Bullock and Chris sharing insight into the menu, beers, and pairings.

Menu:
First Course //

SHRIMP AGUACHILE paired with Tropical Mist (Misty Citrus Blonde)

coconut leche de tigre, persimmon, pomegranate, thai chile, and cilantro with plantain chips

Second Course //

MOJO MARINATED PORK LOIN paired with Fingers of Gold (Murky IPA)

thinly sliced pork loin, winter squash puree, roasted apple chutney, arugula, spiced pistachio

Third Course //

BOURBON BRAISED BEEF paired with Pure West (Unfiltered West Coast IPA)

all natural beef with bourbon, brown sugar, & spices over a sweet potato puree, with roasted brussel sprouts, dried cherries, and crispy garlic

Fourth Course //

CHOCOLATE MALT CAKE paired with Quintessence (Rum BA Sour with Banana, Coconut, Vanilla)

white chocolate mousse, dark chocolate glaze, candied hazelnut, malted milk crumb
