FANS OF ALL THINGS BEER—Are you planning to attend the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado this September? If so, we’ll see you there!
Check out what booth we’ll be at, what we’ll be pouring during the festival, and more info below.
We’ll be at magic number booth 17-8. Come say hi & let us pour you a beer!
The festival map is coming soon. Check back here for updates.
We’ll be pouring three fan-favorite Pure Project core beers each day of the festival, and two specialty beers at specific times during each session (until we run out!).
Citrus Blonde Ale
REFRESHING, CITRUSY BLONDE.
Tropical Mist was inspired by watching the post-rain mist rolling off the jungle in Costa Rica (where Pure Project began). This blonde ale is fermented with our house murky yeast, forming a brew with a slightly hazy, straw-colored glow. Crushed organic Valencia oranges from Lodge Ranch Organics give Tropical Mist a super refreshing finish, made for sipping slowly in the San Diego sunshine.
SEE ON UNTAPPD
West Coast IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Strata & Simcoe Hops
PINEAPPLE. GRAPEFRUIT ZEST. RESIN.
Pure West is our core unfiltered West Coast IPA—a celebration of hand-selected hops and the farmers who grew them. Featuring Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Strata, and Simcoe, this golden-colored creation glows with scents of pineapple, apricot, and lemon sorbet. Flavors of grapefruit zest, lychee, and resin give way to a solid bitter finish, classic to the style.

Murky IPA with Cashmere & Mosaic Hops
PEACH. COCONUT. CITRUS ZEST.
Diamond Dust, the original murky that evolved into our “dust” series of IPAs and longtime Pure fan favorite, is now available year-round! This juicy wonder shines with a heavy dose of Cashmere from Michigan and hand-selected Mosaic hops from the Pacific Northwest. Its soft and cloudy body is filled with a flurry of flavors including peach, mango, coconut, and grapefruit zest. Expect your senses to be dazzled in an unforgettable tasting experience.
Oak Barrel-Aged Flanders-Style Red Ale
CHERRY. RED CURRANT. COMPLEX.
Our Flanders-style red ale, Roes Red, is named after the Belgian town of Roeselare where the style originally developed. This is the first batch that aged in our new 1000 gallon Barolo cask from Italy; the aging process was initiated last year with a 50/50 blend of fresh Roes Red and one year old Roes Red, which had previously aged in French oak. The result is a deep red-mahogany colored ale with notes of cherry, dates, red currants and toast. The complexity of this beer is further driven by Winslow’s proprietary blend of yeast strains—Belgian in origin—which produce sour lactic and acetic characteristics. A fresh take on a classic style, Roes Red is beautifully intricate and delightfully refreshing.
*FESTIVAL TAPPING TIMES: Thursday & Friday = 6:30pm; Saturday = 1pm & 6:30pm
P.S. We’ll be pouring Roes Red batch #6 at the festival. You can get your hands on the newest batch, Roes Red batch #7, here!
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Hazelnut, Cacao & Coffee
HAZELNUT. COFFEE. BOURBON.
Batch #4 of Corylus, our luxurious imperial BBA stout, is here! This velvety, full-bodied brew rested in a blend of Breckenridge and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for an average of 14 months, establishing a unique complexity. To top it off, we added organic toasted Oregon hazelnuts, organic Peruvian cacao, and organic Nicaraguan coffee. Elements of each adjunct come together beautifully to create an unforgettable experience for the senses. Expect to be greeted with aromas of chocolate hazelnut mousse, bourbon, and brown sugar cookies that give way to decadent flavors of dark chocolate fudge, toasted hazelnuts, and espresso on the tongue.
*FESTIVAL TAPPING TIMES: Thursday & Friday = 7:30pm; Saturday = 2pm & 7:30pm
