Can Release: Wild Sparrow & Cosmic Illusions

For our next can release, we introduce 2 brand new brews! First is a Murky IPA, and second is an Imperial Sour. Check out all the details on the beers below.

RELEASE DETAILS:

The cans will be released at all 3 tap room locations on Thursday, October 8th.
.
They will be released online at 10am, and they will be available for pickup at all 3 tap room locations starting when our tap rooms open at 11am. In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the cans will be sold on a first come, first served basis starting with the online orders at 10am.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS, PLEASE NOTE:
  • Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
  • At time of purchase you can select your pickup day (same day, next day or 2 days out). In this case with the sale on Thursday, you could select to pick up Thursday, Friday or Saturday. You must pick up on your day & time selected as orders will be prepped for your arrival.
  • If you would like for a proxy to pick up your order, then please place your online order under your proxy’s name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name of the person on the order.

WILD SPARROW
Murky IPA with Mosaic, Motueka, & Wai-iti Hops
6.5% ABV

An intensely fruit-forward Murky IPA, pale in color with a full white head. A trio of hops exude notes of berries, lychee, peach, and honeysuckle.

  • Motueka Hops – Freestyle Hops, New Zealand
  • Wai-iti Hops – New Hoplands, New Zealand

COSMIC ILLUSIONS
Imperial Sour with Blueberries & Raspberries
8% ABV
.
A refreshing and tart sour ale, which we’ve both fermented and soured in the fermentation vessel. Organic raspberries and wild blueberries give this brew a burgundy-tinted body, booming with flavors of a raspberry & blueberry smoothie, with a bright lactic acidity on the finish.
