Can Release: Bonsai – Black Pine & Homeostasis

Our next can release features double double IPAs — both a west coast and a murky. First, the original brew in our Bonsai west coast IPA series is back. And second, we introduce a brand new murky collaboration together with Equilibrium Brewery.

The cans will be released on Thursday, April 8th at all 3 taproom locations as well as for CA & NV shipping. Check out all the details below.

BLACK PINE

West Coast Double IPA with Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra, & Simcoe Hops

The original brew in our Bonsai West Coast series is back. Black Pine celebrates the pure flavors of Pacific Northwest hops and the authentic bitterness of a West Coast IPA. Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra, and Simcoe hops shine through this crystal clear and golden brew, producing fresh scents of resin, peach and honeydew. Essences of melon, grapefruit zest and dank dance on the palate and lead to a lingering bitterness you’ll want to savor until next year.

HOMEOSTASIS

Murky Double IPA with Strata, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, & Cashmere Hops
8.6% ABV

Together with Equilibrium Brewery we introduce Homeostasis. This murky double IPA features a global bouquet of Strata, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere hops. As a result, aromas of strawberry, pineapple and honeysuckle harmonize with flavors of juicy orange and dried mango. Inspired by Equilibrium’s ethos to balance drinkability with massive flavor, this creamy and medium-full bodied brew certainly delivers.

TAPROOM RELEASE DETAILS

The cans will be released at all three taproom locations on Thursday, April 8th. They will be released online at 9am, and they will be available for pickup at all three taproom locations when our taprooms open at 12pm. In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the cans will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis starting with the online orders at 9am.

If you would like to order and pay online for pickup, please place your order at the location where you plan to pickup.

• Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
• At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day, or two days out. You must pick up on your selected day and time.
• If you would like to designate someone else to pickup your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.

 

SHIPPING RELEASE DETAILS

A limited amount of both cans will be released online for California and Nevada shipping at 9am on Thursday, April 8th. They will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
