Welcome back to our original barleywine, Forgotten Brilliance. As a tribute to the big, hoppy American barleywines as well as vintage English ales of yore, this ale features Centennial, Amarillo, and Cascade hops over a hearty canvas of Maris Otter and English crystal malts. This second batch went through a two-hour boil, creating a sturdy backbone that will help this beauty age gracefully for decades to come. Complex and bold, aromas of toffee and allspice pleasantly greet the nose. Flavors of caramel chew and almond cream intermingle with pine and grapefruit notes. Its enchanting copper color, medium body, and sturdy bitterness make for an experience not to be forgotten.
Price: $20 / 500ml
Available November 10th at 9am.

Open Fermented & Oak Barrel-Aged Saison Ale with Strata Wet Hops
This year’s wet hop beer has arrived, and it’s out of this world. Endless Planets is an open fermented, oak barrel-aged saison with Strata wet hops, brewed in collaboration with Solaris out in Murrieta. Our goal was to showcase the interplay between Brettanomyces and the fresh hop’s aromas. We started with the culture used to make Emmeline, our beloved farmhouse saison, and open fermented it in Miramar. It then went on to rest in former red wine barrels from Napa Valley for nine months. That’s the funk, and now let’s talk fresh: the Strata wet hops were picked in Oregon and added to this brew the very same day—less than 24 hours before bottling. Beneath its aromas of passion fruit and barnyard funk, it has an approachable acidity that is complimented by flavors of sweet orange, kumquat, and lemon lime.
Price: $15 / 375ml
