Built on the essentials–water, malt, hops, and yeast–this beer is beautifully crafted with only these four ingredients. Its pale straw color from California-grown grain is like sun shining on a crisp, clear day. Slightly sweet, grainy flavors reminiscent of bread flour are balanced by subtle floral hints with notes of pear and honey. On Thursday, March 18th, our Balboa Park and Carlsbad taprooms will be open 12pm-9pm and our Miramar taproom will be open 2pm-9pm.
