Fresh and textured, the 2025 Pure Brewing White Cuvee opens with an inviting nose of white peaches, fresh coconut, watermelon rind, and thyme. On the palate, juicy pineapple is wrapped by luscious ripe pear and a clean mineral edge that lingers with a long, bright finish.
This white wine features 39% Grenache Blanc, 23% Viognier, 13% Vermentino, 12% Roussanne, 7% Marsanne, and 6% Picpoul Blanc, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard.
