Pale peach in color, the 2023 Pure Brewing Cuvée Dry Rosé shows an energetic and layered nose of lime leaf, salted melon rind, nectarine skin, and cool river stone with a snap of fresh ginger. On the palate, pink grapefruit, rhubarb, and lemon verbena brightness are balanced by a fine thread of minerality.
This rosé features 70% Grenache, 21% Mourvèdre, 8% Vermentino, and 1% Counoise, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard. Tablas Creek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Founded in the late 1980s as a partnership between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel (in France’s Rhône Valley) and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands, Tablas Creek has played a key role in bringing Rhône varietals to the United States. They are renowned for their organic and biodynamic farming practices, commitment to sustainability, and innovative blending techniques. Tablas Creek was the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S., and their wines consistently reflect a deep respect for the land and tradition.
