Our Pure Project Red Cuvée opens with a dense and expressive nose, offering layers of boysenberry, blueberry, and vanilla bean spice interwoven with notes of herbs de Provence and a hint of char.  The palate is concentrated yet poised, showing cherry compote, black tea, and rosemary sprig, all supported by fine, graphite-edged tannins.  The finish is persistent and savory, marked by wild herbs and a chewy anise character.

This red cuvée features 47% Syrah, 31% Grenache, 19% Moiurvedre, 3% Counoise, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard. Tablas Creek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California. Founded in the late 1980s as a partnership between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel (in France’s Rhône Valley) and the Haas family of Vineyard Brands, Tablas Creek has played a key role in bringing Rhône varietals to the United States. They are renowned for their organic and biodynamic farming practices, commitment to sustainability, and innovative blending techniques. Tablas Creek was the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S., and their wines consistently reflect a deep respect for the land and tradition.
