Our Pure Project Red Cuvée opens with a dense and expressive nose, offering layers of boysenberry, blueberry, and vanilla bean spice interwoven with notes of herbs de Provence and a hint of char. The palate is concentrated yet poised, showing cherry compote, black tea, and rosemary sprig, all supported by fine, graphite-edged tannins. The finish is persistent and savory, marked by wild herbs and a chewy anise character.
This red cuvée features 47% Syrah, 31% Grenache, 19% Moiurvedre, 3% Counoise, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard. Tablas Creek is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California.
