EDUCATION IS POWER AND UNDERSTANDING OFF FLAVORS IN BEER IS A DEFINITE MUST.

Join us to learn about off flavors that arise in beer, and how to identify them!

This is a 2-Part Series where we will be going over a total of thirteen (13) off flavors. Join us for one or both sessions!

  • H2S
  • Isovaleric Acid
  • Lactic Acid
  • Mercaptan
  • Metallic
  • Barnyard
  • Ethyl Acetate
