8 Rays is a refreshing Filipino lager inspired by San Miguel Pilsen, the historic flagship beer from San Miguel Brewery that was created as the Philippines approached its revolutionary era in the late 1800s. The name, 8 Rays, nods to the eight rays of the sun on the Filipino flag, representing the first provinces to rise against Spanish rule. Expect flavors of biscuit, basmati rice, yuzu, and corn that shine through a light body followed by a slightly sweet finish.
