Can we get a Rain Czech? This new taproom-exclusive Czech-style pilsner is a rounded-out riff on our core pilsner, Rain. We used Czech-grown pilsner malt from Tchecomalt, using the traditional floor-malting process to deepen the flavor, plus Saaz hops from the Czech Republic for its signature earthy bitterness. The result is a crushable, light-bodied sip, brimming with notes of wheat cracker, white pepper, and chamomile. Whether the clouds clear or the storm rolls in, this is the one lager you won’t want to postpone.
