Batch #4 of Enchiridion, our reserve imperial stout, is here! This blend of single, double, and triple bourbon barrel-aged stouts is placed into a new barrel each year for maximum barrel impact: tannin, bourbon character, and long-term mellowing of the stout. For 2025’s version, the single barrel portion was aged in Buffalo Trace; the double barrel in Weller, then Cutwater Bourbon; and the triple barrel in Elijah Craig 10-year, then Old Fitzgerald, then Cutwater Bourbon. A celebration of long-awaited bourbon complexity arises with aromas of brown sugar and brownie batter, followed by flavors of fudge, toasted oak, and fig.
