A bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout infused with organic toasted Sri Lankan coconut, Soul Alchemy delivers a luxurious sensory experience shaped by time. A third of the stout rested in Weller Bourbon barrels for 18 months while the remainder matured in Cutwater Bourbon barrels for 16 months, imparting the unique complexity expressed in the final brew. The nose opens with coconut macaroon, almond joy candy, and vanilla, while on the palate, flavors of toasted coconut, chocolate ganache, and marshmallow meld into a decadent harmony.
