Chubasco, our dark Mexican lager, surges with rich warmth and depth, moving across the senses with energy. Flavors of caramel, biscuit, toasted honey wheat bread, and raisin cereal converge on the palate, balanced by a gentle roast-like essence. Built on a base of Admiral Pilsner, Munich, Crystal 75, Carafa Special 3, and flaked corn, then infused with Saaz hops, it’s approachable, flavorful, and settles on the palate with quiet confidence.
