This recipe was masterfully developed by our QA/QC Manager, Nate, drawing inspiration from the vibrant purple desserts of his Filipino heritage. Uncovered Roots is infused with ube, coconut, cacao, and Mostra Coffee’s Philippines-grown Mama Bear coffee, creating sips filled with tastes of toasted coconut, baker’s chocolate, ube jam, and freshly brewed coffee.
