A serious beast of a stout, dark like the jungle at night. Our friends from Mostra Coffee sourced some truly remarkable coffee beans for this collaboration – El Jaguar Siltepec coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. This coffee comes from a group of small producers in the Sierra Madre Mountains, and is processed by hand, harvested, de-pulped, fermented and washed before being dried in the sun. We added toasted organic coconut flakes from Sri Lanka to complete the flavor profile, which along with the coffee help to accentuate the dark chocolate notes lurking deep in the body of this sumptuous stout.
