Harmony

Our first helles lager, Harmony, is back again! We were inspired to brew this beer for our Oktoberfest celebrations, as the style originated in nineteenth-century Munich, Germany. With our lead brewer, Demetra, leading the charge, our helles was brewed with Weihenstephaner lager yeast, Hallertau Tradition hops, and Weyermann Extra Pale Malt from Germany. These give the beer a clear, gold color; a crisp, medium body; and a proper dry finish. Expect floral and sweet grain aromatics that give way to flavors of water cracker and spice. It’s sessionable, refreshing, and the perfect beer to sip out of your favorite stein. Prost!
