To commemorate the upcoming release of one of the beers dearest to our hearts, we will be hosting a Roes Red Beer and Chocolate Pairing on February 12, 2020. We will be reaching deep into our cellar to retrieve every vintage batch of Roes Red to create a five year vertical of this Flanders Style Red Ale. This seated event will be highlighting different nuances, showcasing how this complex beer develops over time, and how beautifully it accompanies chocolate. We will be pairing with Nibble Chocolate‘s handmade bonbons vegan truffles plus organic single origin dark chocolates to create your own adventure. This event will be led by Advanced Cicerone, Chris Leguizamon, of Pure Project, and Sandra of Nibble Chocolate.
