In a true celebration of American agriculture, Pure Project
Vista is hosting an interactive hop experience with 7th-generation Oregon hop farmer Max Coleman of
Coleman Agriculture and Luke Edward of
Yakima Chief Hops as they bring the magic of the hop farm to the tasting room! This experience will expand on the differences in hop varieties, sustainable farming practices, and the future of the hop industry.
The class also includes an opportunity to rub various iconic hop varieties such as Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade (to name a few), plus a full pour of United Murky IPA, which features hand-selected Mosaic from Coleman Agriculture’s farm.
Plus, we’ll be hosting a special Happy Hour following the American Hops Class with Max & Luke!
