Mother’s Day Pastry Pairing with The Goods

It’s practically a tradition… Pure Project has once again joined forces with our Carlsbad neighbors over at The Goods to bring you a Mother’s Day treat: pastries and beers! Join us on Sunday, May 12th to indulge in this delicious pairing.

Date: Sunday, May 12th, 2024

Time: Stop by to enjoy anytime between 12-4pm.

Location: Any of our five taproom locations! Skip that Sunday line at The Goods, and enjoy from the comfort of the Pure Project taproom of your choice.

Cost: $29 + tax (Includes three pastries expertly paired with three 5-oz beer tasters.)

Menu:

Apfelstrudel (Apple Strudel) + Das Lager

Pastry: Apfelstrudel (Apple Strudel)-inspired laminated pastry filled with baked apple butter, apples, streusel, apple butter glaze, and dehydrated apple topping.

Beer: Das Lager—Vienna Lager with Hallertau Tradition Hops (5.0% ABV)

 

No Trouble in Paradise Curd Donut + Tropical Mist

Pastry: Our smoothie beer No Trouble in Paradise is used in the mango, pineapple, and guava curd. This filled donut is topped with pineapple glaze, baked coconut meringue, fresh ground nutmeg, and toasted coconut flakes.

Beer: Tropical Mist—Citrus Blonde Ale (5.1% ABV)

 

“Cardiff Crack” Tri-tip & Pepper Jack Croissant + Simple Substance

Pastry: “Cardiff Crack” tri-tip-filled croissant, pepper jack cheese, arugula, pickled red onion, mustard aioli, and sesame seed topping.

Beer: Simple Substance—West Coast IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, & Mosaic Cryo Hops (7.0% ABV)
