FROM NEW ZEALAND TO SAN DIEGO
In an unprecedented event in San Diego, Pure Project is hosting an interactive hop experience with 5th-generation New Zealand hop farmer, Brent McGlashen of MacHops, and Devin Biondi of NZ Hops as they unravel the beauty of New Zealand hops! This experience will expand on unique terroir, sustainable farming practices, and the future of the hop industry.
The class includes hop rub of various quintessential varieties such as Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Riwaka (to name a few) plus a full pour of NZed 106, which features experimental hop NZH 106 of the Bract Brewing Programme (a varietal that Brent McGlashen has grown on his farm).
