Pale Ale with Experimental 09326 and Citra Hops

Enjoy the present moment as you sip on our new murky pale ale, Presence of Mind. We teamed up with our friends at Finback Brewery to bring you this brew featuring a new hop that they recommended—Experimental 09326, a descendant of Cascade—as well as Citra. Expect an abundance of aromas including candied lemon, POG, white wine and subtle sage. Notes of pomelo, lychee, starfruit and lemongrass mingle on the tongue amidst an amazingly soft mouthfeel. May a taste of this pale evoke a sense of presence and gratitude in your mind.
ALTERED FREQUENCIES
Hard Kombucha with Dragon Fruit, Lavender & Hibiscus
5% ABV
Our newest hard kombucha, Altered Frequencies, went globetrotting for its collection of organic ingredients. We started with a base of black tea and local wildflower honey from the Mikolich family, then infused it with dragon fruit from Nicaragua, lavender from France, and hibiscus from Egypt. The dragon fruit produces an electric magenta color and a vibrant pink head. In addition to the flavors one might expect, the adjuncts also impart notes of jasmine, lime zest, blueberry, and limoncello. Settle in and prepare for your frequency to be altered with each colorful sip.
