Dessert & Beer Pairing with The Goods

It’s time for our annual San Diego Beer Week pairing! Pure Project has joined forces with our Carlsbad neighbors over at The Goods to bring you a San Diego Beer Week treat: Desserts & Beers. Join us on Sunday, November 12th at any of our taproom locations to indulge in this decadent pairing.

Date: Sunday, November 12th, 2023

Time: Stop by to enjoy anytime after 12pm. (P.S. We recommend arriving early – the fresher, the better!)

Cost: $25 – Includes three treats + three 5-oz beer tasters expertly paired by The Goods team, Chris Leguizamon (Pure Project), and Devin McGuire (Pure Project).

🥧 Dessert: Coconut and Oat Pie with Bruléed Italian Meringue Dollop
🍺 Beer: Milagro – Dry Stout with Costa Rican Coffee & Tahitian Vanilla (5.3% ABV)

Sticky Toffee Pudding Spiced Cake Doughnut + Forgotten Brilliance
🍩 Dessert: Spiced Cake Doughnut with Pureed Dates, Molasses Glaze, Treacle Drizzle, and a Molasses Date Brittle
