For our next can release, we have a new West Coast IPA Series coming your way: the Bonsai Series. The first beer in the series is a Double West Coast IPA called Black Pine. Additionally, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Fieldwork Brewing Company again to bring you a fresh batch of Murkeley!
The cans will be released at both tap room locations.

West Coast Double IPA with Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra & Simcoe Hops
8.8% ABV
We proudly present the first installment in our Bonsai Series. Bonsai – Black Pine strikes a balance between intense tropical fruit elements of melon and candied grapefruit against a pronounced, firm bitterness. Heavily hopped with Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra from Wyckoff Farms, and Simcoe hops from Scenic Valley, this beer embodies our humble beginnings in San Diego.

MURKELEY

Murky Double IPA with Simcoe, Citra, Green Bullet, & Southern Cross Hops
8.5% ABV
This collaboration with our friends from Berkeley, CA-based Fieldwork Brewing Co is one bear of a brew. We put our collective knowledge of brewing dank, murky, hoppy beers together and came up with a hefty Murky Double IPA with notes of notes of sweet citrus, pineapple, and peach with a ridiculously smooth finish. It’s all good, from Diego to The Bay!
