Bottle Release: Unfathomed Depths & Euphorik with Double Peach

Our next bottle releases features a brand new imperial stout collaboration with Modern Times as well as a double peach variant of our oak barrel-aged feral ale.

The bottles will be released on Thursday, April 15th at all four taproom locations (including Vista!) as well as for CA & NV shipping. Check out all the details below.

Imperial Stout with Coffee, Cocoa, Coconut, & Vanilla
11.6% ABV

We teamed up with Modern Times to bring you an imperial stout of immense proportions. Notes of Modern Times’ Colombian direct-trade dark roast coffee emerge from the depths of this jet-black brew, alongside aromas of toasted coconut, caramel fudge and marzipan—thanks to the addition of organic Ghanaian cocoa, organic Sri Lankan coconut, and organic Tahitian vanilla bean. Expect decadent flavors of coconut macaroon, German chocolate cake and mocha to emanate through a velvety mouthfeel and send your taste buds to new depths.

EUPHORIK WITH DOUBLE PEACH

Oak Barrel-Aged Feral Ale with Double Peaches
7% ABV

Euphorik is our take on the American wild ale. We added a double amount of organic peaches into this batch and aged it in formerly pinot noir French oak from Napa Valley. This unique beer will delight the senses with flavors and aromas of juicy peach, candied lemon, and oak with a bit of funk. Expect a very soft acidity and creamy mouthfeel. Our head brewer, Winslow, has spent years creating a proprietary yeast strain specifically for this beer; it provides both the initial funk and the lingering bite that will make you remember the entire experience as purely…”Euphorik.”

TAPROOM RELEASE DETAILS

The bottles will be released at all four taproom locations on Thursday, April 15th. They will be released online at 9am, and they will be available for pickup at all four taproom locations when our taprooms open at 12pm (Miramar, Balboa Park, and Carlsbad) and 3pm (Vista). In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the cans will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis starting with the online orders at 9am.

If you would like to order and pay online for pickup, please place your order at the location where you plan to pickup.

• Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
• At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day, or two days out. You must pick up on your selected day and time.
• If you would like to designate someone else to pickup your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.

 

SHIPPING RELEASE DETAILS

A limited amount of both cans will be released online for California and Nevada shipping at 9am on Thursday, April 15th. They will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
