Our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with double vanilla—Planifolia—returns…this batch was aged in double the bourbon barrels, too! Pair this with a new variant of our oak barrel-aged feral ale—Euphorik with blueberries, cherries, and black currants—and you’re set for a journey of barrel-aged goodness.

PLANIFOLIA – BATCH 3

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Double Vanilla
12.5% ABV

Bourbon and vanilla is a match made in heaven. So here is a heavenly double dose of organic Mexican and Tahitian vanilla beans for our bourbon barrel-aged stout, Planifolia. Expect double the bourbon character to come from this new batch too, as it’s a hand-selected blend of beer aged in two different bourbon barrels—Breckenridge and Weller. This third batch of Planifolia exudes aromas of bourbon, vanilla buttercream frosting, and s’mores, with flavors reminiscent of tiramisu, toasted oak, and dark chocolate-covered macadamia nut.

EUPHORIK

Oak Barrel-Aged Feral Ale with Blueberries, Cherries, & Black Currants
6.6% ABV

Euphorik is our take on the American wild ale. This newest batch includes organic dark tart cherries and black currants from Washington as well as organic, locally sourced blueberries, all aged in pinot noir French oak from Napa Valley. These fruit flavors are joined with essences of raspberry, plum and tannins, with a light body and dry finish. Our head brewer, Winslow, has spent years creating a proprietary yeast strain specifically for this beer; it provides both the initial funk and the lingering bite that will make you remember the entire experience as purely…”Euphorik.”

TAPROOM RELEASE DETAILS

The bottles will be released at all five taproom locations on Thursday, April 14th. They will be released online at 9am, and they will be available for pickup at all five taproom locations when our taprooms open at 12pm (Miramar, Balboa Park, North Park and Carlsbad) and 3pm (Vista). In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the bottles will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis starting with the online orders at 9am.

If you would like to order and pay online for pickup, please place your order at the location where you plan to pickup.

• Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
• At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day, or two days out. You must pick up on your selected day and time.
• If you would like to designate someone else to pickup your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.
