For our next bottle sale, we are excited to introduce a brand new Imperial Stout in collaboration with Mostra Coffee, and bring back a classic Bourbon Barrel Aged Sour!

IMPORTANT: We will run with the new formatting again for this bottle release. It will follow the same format as our previous bottle release and all of our can releases.

RELEASE DETAILS:
The bottles will be released at all 3 tap room locations on Thursday, August 6th.
They will be released online at 10am, and they will be available for pickup at all 3 tap room locations starting when our tap rooms open at 11am. In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the bottles will be sold on a first come, first served basis starting with the online orders at 10am. The bottles will remain on sale until they sell out.

- Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
- At time of purchase you can select your pickup day (same day, next day or 2 days out). In this case with the sale on Thursday, you could select to pick up Thursday, Friday or Saturday. You must pick up on your day & time selected as orders will be prepped for your arrival.
- If you would like for a proxy to pick up your order, then please place your online order under your proxy’s name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name of the person on the order.

A serious beast of a stout, dark like the jungle at night. Our friends from Mostra Coffee sourced some truly remarkable coffee beans for this collaboration – El Jaguar Siltepec coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. This coffee comes from a group of small producers in the Sierra Madre Mountains, and is processed by hand, harvested, de-pulped, fermented and washed before being dried in the sun. We added toasted organic coconut flakes from Sri Lanka to complete the flavor profile, which along with the coffee help to accentuate the dark chocolate notes lurking deep in the body of this sumptuous stout.

NEW FASHIONED
Imperial Sour Red Ale Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Organic Cherries & Orange Peels
12.3% ABV

Our take on the Whiskey Old Fashioned. We start with an Imperial Sour Red Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels from Breckenridge Distillery in Colorado and add organic tart cherries and orange peels. Aromas of dark cherry and fine bourbon emerge over a bright cherry acidity, followed by dark aged fruits and oak, while a subtle warming lingers from bourbon.

Based on feedback we are trying this new way for you to purchase non barrel aged stouts and barrel aged sours. For the time being, we are still planning on releasing barrel aged stouts on Eventbrite until further notice.
