Beer Slushie Collaboration

For our 2nd batch of Fall Flavor collaboration beer slushies, we’ve once again paired up with our good friends at Scoops On Tap to bring you some really innovative recipes using their hand-made ice cream!

MAPLESAURUS PUMPKIN SPICE STOUTSHAKE
Collaboration with Scoops on Tap
Maplesaurus Rex with Pumpkin Spiced Ice Cream, garnished with a Pumpkin Spiced Sugar Rim
9.4% ABV

This is a blend of Maplesaurus Rex (Imperial Stout with Maple) and Scoops on Tap’s custom made Organic Cream and Milk Ice Cream with fresh Pumpkin Puree, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Madagascar Vanilla.

CHERRYBERRY DREAMSICLE
Collaboration with Scoops on Tap
Roes Red with Willow Skies Strawberry & Cherry Ice Cream, garnished w/ Fresh Strawberries
5.35% ABV

This is a blend of Roes Red (Barrel Aged Flanders Style Sour Red Ale) and Scoops on Tap’s custom made Fresh Goat Cheese Ice Cream with a Montmorency Tart Cherry Swirl and chunks of Seascape Strawberries. This Ice Cream was then infused with Willow Skies, our Golden Sour Aged in Oak Barrels with Strawberries & Cherries.

We will be pouring these slushies beginning Friday and through the weekend, while supplies last.
