Built on a tart base that was soured during primary fermentation, Under a Glass Moon showcases 900 pounds of organic Totapuri mangoes from India and organic Washington Dark Sweet cherries. This coral-colored brew glimmers with essences of juicy strawberries, dried mango, freshly picked cherries, and grapefruit zest.
