Sour IPA with Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo, & Grapefruit
6% ABV
Capturing the energy of both beer and mimosas, this spritzy sour IPA is bright, juicy and refreshing. We started with a kettle sour base; the hoppiness comes from solely dry hopping it with Citra Cryo and Cascade Cryo Hops. Freshly squeezed, locally sourced grapefruit complement the citrus-forward Cryo Hops and add another layer of juiciness. Alongside bursts of bright grapefruit zest are notes of lemon, lime and a floral bouquet. Enjoy Special Dream Cannon with a perfectly paired brunch on a hot summer day!
