Meet our Belgian-style single with Saaz hops, Sacred Space. Inspired by Trappist monks, this ale dons a pale color with a lacy white head. Built on an all-California grain bill, this brew will greet your palette with soft malt upfront that is rounded out by a dry, firm bitterness. Essences of pear, white pepper, and clove from the expression of a Belgian yeast strain intermingle with a spicy-floral hop character. This enchanting brew of yesteryear is perfect for warm weather enjoyment.
