Proudly made with 100% malt from Admiral Maltings from Alameda, this is our celebration of the great pale ales of England. Named in tribute to UC Davis professor Lynn Gallagher who is well known for breeding drought resistant barley, Gallagher’s Best uses floor-malted barley, earthy Styrian Golding hops, and a traditional Yorkshire yeast strain. Notes of freshly baked bread with a touch of caramel, black tea, and fruity esters make this quaffable beer easy to pair well with the holiday spirit.
*Gallagher’s Best will be released in our Miramar tasting room on November 27th, and in our Balboa Park tasting room on November 29th.
