Imperial Sour with Raspberries

Crimson Lotus, our newest imperial sour, will be flowing from our taps this weekend. Created on a bright base that was soured during primary fermentation, this imperial sour dons a dreamy coral hue thanks to the addition of 800 pounds of fresh organic raspberries from Mexico. Aromas of crushed raspberry, strawberry and watermelon give way to flavors of cherry and lemon amidst a lingering tartness.
