Abstrax originally specialized in extracting and studying the aromatic compounds of cannabis before pioneering the same science in hops. They’ve recreated the exact botanical blend that gives the Pineapple Express strain its signature aroma and flavor, completely cannabis-free—And we were excited to use it in this remix of Pure West.
Each sip bursts with notes of grapefruit, Pineapple Express, and lemon, delivering that crisp, bitter, and unmistakably dank experience West Coast IPA fans seek.

It’s that time of year again! Our annual collab with the talented crew at Burgeon Beer Co. is back for its eighth iteration. Bursting with aromas of guava, mango, and key lime, Home for the Holihaze delivers lush layers of pineapple, peach, and watermelon. Featuring New Zealand–grown Nectaron, Pacific Northwest Citra and Citra Cryo, and a first-time appearance of Krush Abstrax hops, this holiday favorite is big, juicy, and brimming with cheer—perfect for sharing with friends and family (or keeping all to yourself).

West Coast IPA with Simcoe Fresh Frozen Cryo, Citra Fresh Frozen Cryo, Simcoe, Citra, Strata, Nelson Sauvin & Cascade
Taste Profile: Resin. Grapefruit Rind. Lemon.

Fresh West is a remix of our core West Coast IPA, Pure West, boosted with Simcoe and Citra Fresh Frozen Cryo hops. Cryo Fresh, a new innovation from Yakima Chief Hops, captures fresh hops straight off the bine, then pelletizes and deep-freezes them the same day. The hops were then shipped to us on dry ice, preserving their just-picked character. The inclusion of these new Fresh Frozen Cryo hops results in a beer that bursts with aromas of grapefruit, pine, and apricot and bold flavors of resin, grapefruit rind, and lemon. It’s our core West Coast IPA you know and love with a fresh Pure twist!
