Both local and non-local memberships include 12 bottles: Four exclusive beers only available to Cellar Cyndicate members (two stouts & two sours), plus an additional eight bottles of Pure Project stouts and sours.
Local members can pick up these bottles as they are released throughout the year, while non-local members will receive theirs split between two shipments (one in the spring and one in the fall).
Reserve members receive a total of 26 bottles, double the bottles received in the regular membership, plus two bottles of a Reserve exclusive beer, bottled exclusively for Reserve members.
No, all of the bottles you will receive are pre-determined by Pure Project. You cannot swap the bottles included in your membership for a different beer.
Local members receive 15% off their taproom tab on bottle release Wednesdays.
Local members also receive 25% off our 2026 Anniversary Party tickets and get first dibs on VIP tickets! (Cellar Cyndicate Reserve members receive two complimentary VIP tickets to the party, as well as 25% off additional tickets.)

Important to know: The local 2026 Cellar Cyndicate membership will be managed inside the Pure Project mobile app. This means you will be notified when bottles are ready for pickup and much more, all through the app! The app is free to download and is available in the Apple Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android). Click here to download the app now.
To join the non-local Cellar Cyndicate (when spots go on sale):

The Local and Reserve memberships will be billed in full at the time of purchase. These memberships will not automatically renew for the next year.
Non-local members will be charged $165 twice per year, 1-2 weeks in advance of each shipment. Shipping is included in the price.
You will be notified via email and through the mobile app as bottles are ready throughout the year. Be sure to enable push notifications in the Pure Project mobile app when you first download the app, or after downloading through your device settings.
Your bottles will be held for pickup at Pure Project Miramar or Pure Project Vista—whichever location you select at the time of sign-up.
Please note: This will be your pickup location for the duration of the year. Choose wisely!
No. The pick-up location you select at the time of purchase is your location for the year.
Unfortunately, you cannot appoint a proxy to pick up your 2026 membership bottles.
You are welcome to share your mobile app login with someone, who can then view rewards/pick up bottles in the taproom for you, but please note that the app automatically enables 2FA via the account owner’s phone number or email address.
Yes, for 2026, we’re offering a non-local shipping membership through Tavour.
The non-local membership includes two shipments of bottles—one in the fall and one in the spring—each with six bottles included.. Each shipment costs $165 (shipping included) and will be billed 1-2 weeks prior to shipment.
Non-local members will also have the opportunity to purchase additional Pure Project cellar bottles through Tavour. You will be notified when these bottles become available.
Unfortunately, shipping is not an option for the Local or Reserve memberships.

In addition, local members receive taproom event perks, loyalty membership pricing for the following year, a custom Cellar Cyndicate glass, and more.
