Rum Barrel Aged Sour with Banana, Coconut & Vanilla



Quintessence will take the senses on a journey to the Caribbean. Aged in rum barrels for several months, this sour is conditioned on a heap of organic bananas, coconuts, and Tahitian vanilla beans to bring forth refreshing island-inspired flavors. Notes of piña coladas, banana cream pie, and lime-like acidity light up the palate.
