Our Pure Project White Cuvée opens with expressive aromas of apricot and honeysuckle. On the palate, ripe yellow peach and bright lemongrass are accented by a subtle saline note and a hint of crème brûlée. The finish is pure and vibrant, carrying lingering notes of fresh mint and white grapefruit pith.
This white wine features 39% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, 10% Vermentino, 8% Roussanne, 7% Marsanne, and 6% Picpoul Blanc, and was custom-blended in collaboration with Tablas Creek Vineyard.
