Office, HR and Accounting Assistant

We are looking for an assistant to undertake a variety of administrative duties. This position will support a wide range of activities inside our Vista HQ office, HR, and account departments. Below are some examples of those duties:

HUMAN RESOURCES:
  • Employees Files organization.
  • Onboarding paperwork.
  • Benefit administration.
  • Compliance/poster requirements.
  • Team perks support.
OFFICE HQ SUPPORT:
  • Gather Mail and distribute it to departments.
  • Office Management.
  • Owners support.
  • Intranet content maintenance.
  • Committees support.
  • Events support.
  • Load Team Members Gift Cards.
  • Support with Recognition Program.
  • Distribute e-mail with general inquiries.
  • Customer Service.
ACCOUNTING:
  • Invoices and Billing

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
