Office, HR and Accounting Assistant
We are looking for an assistant to undertake a variety of administrative duties. This position will support a wide range of activities inside our Vista HQ office, HR, and account departments. Below are some examples of those duties:
- Employees Files organization.
- Onboarding paperwork.
- Benefit administration.
- Compliance/poster requirements.
- Team perks support.
OFFICE HQ SUPPORT:
- Gather Mail and distribute it to departments.
- Office Management.
- Owners support.
- Intranet content maintenance.
- Committees support.
- Events support.
- Load Team Members Gift Cards.
- Support with Recognition Program.
- Distribute e-mail with general inquiries.
- Customer Service.
- Invoices and Billing
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
