Juicy and fruity doubles coming your way! First up, a Pure lady-led creation—Flames of Eden is a brand new murky double IPA with blood orange and cherry that came to life on International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day. And that’s not all…Hydra makes its fifth annual return! This sour double IPA collab with J. Wakefield Brewing is loaded with dragon fruit, raspberry, and lactose.

The cans will be released on Thursday, April 7th at all five taproom locations as well as for California shipping. Check out all the details below.

FLAMES OF EDEN

Murky Double IPA with Blood Orange & Cherry
8.2% ABV

The ladies of Pure proudly present Flames of Eden, a fruited murky double IPA brewed for International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day. It dons a cloudy coral color thanks to the addition of organic, locally sourced blood oranges and organic dark tart cherries from Washington. Dry hopped with a complementary blend of Riwaka, El Dorado, and Southern Cross hops, this juicy brew brings a bouquet of grapefruit, candied lemon, and white peach. Flavors of freshly squeezed blood orange juice, raspberry lemon sorbet and pomegranate add flare on the palate. Enjoy this one on a sizzling sunny day or around the bonfire blaze.

HYDRA

Sour Double IPA with Dragon Fruit, Raspberry, & Lactose
8.5% ABV

Our sour double IPA collaboration with our friends at J. Wakefield Brewing is making its highly anticipated appearance. Hydra is truly a multi-dimensional sensory experience: radiant pink in color from the addition of organic dragon fruit, tart in flavor from a heap of fresh raspberries, and balanced by a milk sugar sweetness. Like its many-headed serpent namesake, Hydra comes at you from all angles with aromas of fruit punch and guava, then flavors of raspberry creamsicle and crushed blueberries. This beer is smooth, refreshing, and needs no Hercules to take it down.

TAPROOM RELEASE DETAILS

The cans will be released at all five taproom locations on Thursday, April 7th. They will be released online at 9am, and they will be available for pickup at all five taproom locations when our taprooms open at 12pm (Miramar, Balboa Park, North Park, and Carlsbad) and 3pm (Vista). In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the cans will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis starting with the online orders at 9am.

If you would like to order and pay online for pickup, please place your order at the location where you plan to pickup.

  • Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
  • At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day, or two days out. You must pick up on your selected day and time.
  • If you would like to designate someone else to pickup your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.
